Everything was handled via online through e-mail due to my busy job. I was nervous about not understanding the information because usually my husband handles this stuff but he was in meetings and no access to e-mail at that time. Nicole was extremely helpful and patient and she explained things so well. We got a great deal and she was so knowledgeable in her department.
